As a Portland native, Andrew graduated from Portland State University in 2007 with a BA in Communication. He has worked as a recruiter since 2016 and has excellent sourcing, negotiation, screening, leadership skills. His recruiting ethos stem from building lasting relationships with the ultimate goal of helping local professionals advance their career paths.

Andrew enjoys playing basketball and is a world traveler, having visited 6 of the 7 continents.
